Overview

The Loft 172 @ M1 Concourse was conceived as a bold reimagination of industrial luxury. Originally a 980-square-foot unit, the space was transformed by the addition of a custom metal mezzanine, which doubled its size and created distinct zones for automotive storage and elevated hospitality. By leveraging the 30-foot ceiling height, the design captures the essence of a New York loft, blending rugged textures with modern refinement.

From distressed wood floors and exposed brick to frameless glass partitions, The Loft 172 is a seamless blend of functionality and sophistication, offering a space designed to inspire and engage.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

Guided by a vision to maximize functionality while maintaining aesthetic integrity, the design combines industrial elements with contemporary features to create a space that feels both raw and refined.
Key design elements include:

Expanded Functionality:

• The custom metal mezzanine doubled the usable square footage, transforming the unit into a dual-purpose space with automotive storage below and entertainment and hospitality areas above.

• Polished metallic finishes, designer light fixtures, and a modern bar and kitchen area on the mezzanine level add contemporary flair to the industrial foundation.
